Delivery Time
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We regularly offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or product pages for current offers.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at peters@maplepeak.store.
International Shipping & Customs
Sloofree ships to 50+ countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
⚠️ Important: These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Sloofree is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about the import regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- An incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping costs may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Sloofree is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at peters@maplepeak.store with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of any damage (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at peters@maplepeak.store.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. If your order has already shipped, you may need to refuse delivery and reorder with the correct address.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ship all orders within our stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs processing for international orders
- Public holidays or weekends
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for an update.
Signature Requirements
Standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. However, some carriers may require a signature for high-value orders or certain destinations. You will be notified if a signature is required.
