We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Please read the conditions below to ensure your item qualifies.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Not be a non-returnable item (see Section 03).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
  • Perishable goods or products with hygiene seals that have been opened.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse beyond normal use.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at peters@maplepeak.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes after we have confirmed your refund:

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe, please check with your bank before contacting us — processing times can vary by institution.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged item.
  • An incorrect item sent by Sloofree.

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at peters@maplepeak.store with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Late Returns

Returns requested after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Late returns, if approved, may be subject to a partial refund or store credit only.

Store Credit Option

If you prefer not to receive a refund to your original payment method, we offer the option of store credit. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website and typically has no expiration date.
