Our Commitment

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right — no runaround, no lengthy back-and-forth. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Please read the conditions below to ensure your item qualifies.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Not be a non-returnable item (see Section 03).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale on the product page.
  • Perishable goods or products with hygiene seals that have been opened.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at peters@maplepeak.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  4. Once inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Expected timeframes:

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an incorrect item sent by Sloofree. In such cases, we provide a prepaid label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at peters@maplepeak.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
